About Larry
Larry Wilson is a church planter and the Lead Pastor of Journey Church in Bloomingdale, Georgia.
He has been preaching and teaching since the age of 16 and has pastored churches in Georgia, Texas, South Carolina and Tennessee. He is happily married to his wife, Tuesday, and they have three outstanding children – Landon, Madeline Grace and Amelia Belle! Larry is a graduate of Mercer University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (BA: Philosophy & MDiv: Master of Divinity).
Before becoming a church planter, Larry has been a featured weekly preacher/teacher on radio and television. Through Power For Today Ministries, his weekly messages were aired on three national delayed broadcast television networks to an estimated 56 million homes per week. His passion is teaching and sharing God’s word in a practical manner and impacting people’s lives with the possibilities of a life lived for Jesus Christ. His messages are positive and inspiring.
